Description
This beautiful French oak Bretton bed is in very good condition and would date to the early 1900sWith it's Celtis overtones, both the head and foot board have a series of roundals which is typical of the region.
The side rails bolt in to the head and foot board to give a very firm and secure fixing.
As with all French beds, there is no base but a slatted one can be made for £55.00
The bed has been polished with 3 coats of wax giving a warm patination.
The bed will easily take a 4 foot small double mattress and measures; 51.5 inches wide, 78.5 inches long, 43 inch head board and 26 inch foot board.
The cost of delivering the bed to England, Wales and Scotland (Glasgow-Edinburgh) is £75.00
