Description
This beautiful large French solid chestnut Hall Stand is in very good all round condition. Standing on turned feet the hall stand is constructed with a mortise and tenon peg jointed frame with moulded panels. .The bevel edge mirror is original but as shown in the photo's, does have some pitting. The half round shelf has a decorative dropped swag and is flanked by a pair of umbrella / stick stands and is further complimented with series of hat and coat hooks which are all in very good order.
The stand is in it's original finish but has been given a couple of coats of wax to enhance the fine patination of this lovely wood. .
